Cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA)

Two experts from the IAEA on a mission to AEA lately for “Techno-Economic Studies for Pilot Irradiator Applications” have visited ElectroMitry and had meetings with senior specialists from ElectroMitry. In their report, IAEA experts stated, “The mission is positive about the involvement of ElectroMitry in the establishment of radiation processing, and food irradiation in particular, and feels that the NCRRT should strongly support such incentives from the private sector”.
